About Denise Walters

Denise is the Yogini behind Small World Yoga - she is a British Wheel of Yoga diploma holder, a 500hr YA-RYT and has also studied and trained with Shiva Rea in the Prana-Vinyasa method. A qualified Pregnancy Yoga and Restorative Yoga teacher Denise teaches regular classes and workshops around the Birmingham & North Warwickshire area as well as running Yoga weekends and holidays in the UK and around the world. Her hubby Wal is the behind-the-scenes computer geek and her dog/daughter Missy likes the lime-light and may appear in a few videos and photos every now and again!
