Traditional Hatha Yoga/Slow Flow – a gentler form of Hatha Yoga concentrating on slower and gentle Yoga movement, breath work and always a gorgeous relaxation. All abilities

Dynamic Vinyasa/Sun-Power Yoga – a more physical class with creative flowing sequences linked with the breath. Stronger postures for the more adventurous student. All abilities – not suitable for pregnancy.

Chair Yoga – Adapted Yoga for the less mobile. Yoga practiced from a chair, using the chair for support or as a prop. Can be practiced from a wheelchair too.

Corporate/Charity Yoga & Meditation – Bringing the benefits of Yoga and Meditation to the workplace or to the charity – I have many years of experience working with Women’s centres, community initiatives, young people and adults with special needs, businesses and lots more.
