The Sanskrit word Vinyasa means “to place or be placed with care and comfort”. “To take you from one place to another”.

My dynamic Vinyasa classes are fast flowing creative sequences designed to heat the body naturally so it can heal itself safely. Strength and flexibilty are born from these challenging postures and a sense of freedom is felt both in body and mind.
There is always a focus on the breath throughout and meditation/relaxation is always included in the classes so that you leave feeling totally aware and awake.
As always I use inspiring music from around the world as well as healing techniques that I have picked up on my travels.
