Meditation or Mindfulness is the awareness of right now, this minute, this place. You do not have to be religious, you do not have to be able to sit cross-legged or chant OM!. All you have to do is come in with an open mind and open heart (and if you don’t have them maybe you will after a few sessions).

Mindfulness has been proven to help with stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health and physical issues.

Denise has practiced meditation not only in the UK but also at the Tushita Meditation retreat in Dharamsala, India and also studied in Nepal at Pokhara Buddhist centre.

Meditation and Mindfulness sessions can be taught in group sessions, 1:1, in the workplace and in schools or youth groups.
