Prana Vinyasa is a beautiful Flow-led session created around the natural elements that are within us and around us – Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. Shiva Rea has developed this style over her many years of teaching globally – dynamic “Solar” practices for the more physical student, and chilled out “Lunar” practices when things just need to slow down. Sessions include chanting, asana, pranayama, meditation and blissful relaxation. Making your Yoga practice a living lifestyle, tuning into the natural world and everything that shares this world with us.
