In-person class guidelines

Thank you for joining us at our beautiful venues. You can drop-in to any of our classes - payment can be made by cash or card or via BACS. If you are new to Yoga or Qigong please contact me before your first session.

Halls will open 10 minutes before the class start time - this will give everyone plenty of time to get settled.

Please bring your own mat and any props that you normally use as there will be none supplied.

Halls can sometimes be chilly when we first arrive so do bring some warm clothes/blanket so that you are comfortable. Please turn phones and notifications off during our session.

Some classes are not suitable during pregnancy please contact me for advice before booking.

If you have any medical concerns please contact your health care professional before starting anything new. You are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional health.
