In-person class guidelines
Thank you for joining us at our beautiful venues. All of your sessions can be booked and paid for via the website - there are also drop-in spaces available please get in touch to check space availability 07454708646. If you are new to Yoga or Qigong please contact me before booking a class.
Our halls will have been cleaned and the layout will allow for personal space.
Halls will open 10 minutes before the class start time - this will give everyone plenty of time to get settled.
Please bring your own mat and any props that you normally use as there will be none supplied.
Halls can sometimes be chilly when we first arrive so do bring some warm clothes/blanket so that you are comfortable. Please turn phones and notifications off during our session.
If you have any symptoms of Covid 19 or live with anyone who does, or have received a positive Covid 19 test please do not come to class and let me know if you have already attended a session with us.
Some classes are not suitable during pregnancy please contact me for advice before booking.
If you have any medical concerns please contact your health care professional before starting anything new. You are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional health.
