Working on the face, neck and head, mukhabhyanga is a remedial therapy where firm pressure lifts facial muscles, leaving a youthful and vibrant glow. By massaging marma points, the movements increase energy flow; stimulate blood flow and collagen, which helps to reduce problem lines. You will also get to experience the benefits of a kansa wand - an Ayurvedic facial tool which increases blood flow, eases out worry lines and relaxes you all at the same time!

Good for: physical and mental wellness (sattva), anti-ageing, reduces eye strain, may help with sleep concerns.

Duration: 60 minutes. Best taken: as a course of six. Can combine for 75 or 90 minutes with other treatments
