Jivamukti Yoga 
The word ‘Jiva’ means ‘living individual soul’ and ‘mukti’ means ‘liberated’.  Thus, the word ‘Jivamukti’ means living liberated soul.  The goal is to find liberation whilst being alive, i.e. whilst living and breathing on planet earth. The Jivamukti Yoga Method is a path to enlightenment through compassion to all beings.   It is a rigorous practice where the goal of the practice (i.e. enlightenment) is remembered throughout by the teacher and student alike.

Spiritual Warrior Class
The Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class is an invigorating, fully balanced, fast paced, vinyasa style class.  The structure is a fixed, set sequence which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, back bends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation.  The teacher focuses on keeping the pace of the class moving.  The practitioner enters into a meditative state and a deep sense of calmness and tranquillity transcending all worries and concerns. You will get a full body workout; your heart rate will be raised and your spirits will be lifted giving you the strength to go on as a Spiritual Warrior and not a spotty worrier. 😊

Prana Vinyasa Yoga and Soulful Wellness

Shiva Rea is the creative energy behind Prana Vinyasa  – a wonderfully rich recipe of movement alchemy, breath and energy work, mantra, mudra and meditation techniques. Based around the natural elements of Yoga and Ayurveda - earth, water, fire, air and space (Mahabhuta) - practices are uplifting, accessible, powerful and transformative.

Soulful Wellness encourages you to tend your own sacred fire and explore your individual essence so that you can live in rhythm with the natural world and support your own health and wellbeing.
