July Super Saturday with Maureen Howell

July’s Super Saturday is being led by our wonderful guest teacher Maureen Howell who is also kindly offering Friday 2nd 9.00am class too.

Join Maureen, for the majestic, Magic Ten, movement, meditation, mudras and more. This class combines the Jivamukti Magic Ten with, Jivamukti surya namaskar, pranayama, mudra, meditation and deep relaxation through yoga nidra. This Super Saturday will be mellow, mindful and magical.
