Continuing with our theme of the links between our physical and subtle bodies - after last weeks leg strength-a-thon we now observe the pelvis a little more. Stability is important around this area, lower back, lower belly, hips - all areas that encourage movement and flow - but also it’s important to stabilise here so that the flow comes more easily. Tias Little describes this area as “the source of the longest river”
