It’s an exciting week as we are back in-person at a couple of our wonderful community classes this week. Tuesday we are back at Shustoke Village hall and Friday afternoon at St Mary & St Margarets in Castle Bromwich - booking is online. These classes will just be easing us back into things, connecting to body and breath and of course seeing familiar friends.
