Summer Gathering at Shustoke Village Hall - re-setting

Join us for this 2 hour workshop gathering in Shustoke - movement, breath work and awareness techniques to balance and re-set the nervous system. We will be using the Yogic framework of the Kleshas (obstacles) to observe how emotions and thought patterns can become stuck in the body creating tension, tightness and discomfort. We want to free that stuff up! Let's use Yoga movement, energy work, the breath and different forms of meditation to feel some freedom in the body and mind. It's about time eh?
