What's on in July?

Join us in July for a wonderfully energy balanced month. We will be looking at the nadi system - the energy lines that transport our vital energy (Prana) in our weekly Yoga sessions. This will link in to our July workshop for summer health and wellbeing on Sunday 16th. The nadi’s are said to support our physical health and emotional health, balancing the nervous system and liknking into certain organs and areas of the body.

Our Qigong sessions are continuing with the fire pase of Summer - joyful and uplifting movement meditation.
