This year’s autumn workshops will be thread together with practices (and a little bit of theory) relating to the chakra system of hatha Yoga.
These 3 sessions will include Yoga asana (postures), creative sequences, pranayama, meditation and relaxation, all weaved with some light-hearted guidance from this rich system of wellbeing described as influencing different areas of our body, different emotional states, different periods of our life. Sessions will be all abilities – props are encouraged, chairs can be used, we will explore variations of postures so that you can work with your own body and energy levels on the day.
An open heart and mind (and a mat) is all that I ask you to bring!

Session 2

These sessions will be an opportunity to make time for yourself, moving your body, creating strength and mobility, whilst also allowing your mind to settle with some beautiful meditation practices. If we learn something about our self too that’s great. Our workshops are always friendly, welcoming and supportive.
There will be time for refreshments on the day.
It would be lovely if you can make all 3 (£108) but sessions are also open individually (£40). Handouts included.
Get in touch if you would like any more info or want to book.
