We close our Summer practices theme this week with some wonderful Lunar sessions which can really support us this time of year - calming, a chance to reflect and a chance to listen in and use your energy wisely. In-person classes in Castle Bromwich and Shustoke as well as lots online - live-streamed and in the library.

Our Summer Gathering Workshop is on Sunday 29th at Shustoke Village hall - what a way to top off August!
