Classes and playlists for week Monday 31st Jan - Friday 4th Feb

February is here this week and with it the first signs of Spring. Our Yoga classes this week will focus on the third limb of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras - Asana -steady seat/posture. Can we stay steady and comfortable when everything around us is struggling to find balance? We will explore different benefits from these shapes and positions, not just mobility but also the mind/body relationship when we explore different areas of the body in Yoga.

Our Qigong classes this month will be looking at the transition between Winter and early Spring as well as exploring some forms of the tiger to honour Chinese new year.
