Classes and playlists for week Monday 7th - Friday 11th February

Our Yoga sessions this week focus on the 4th limb of Patanjali’s 8 limbs of Yoga - pranayama - to expand or extend our life energy. We will be opening up areas of the body that encourage a lighter yet fuller breath, exploring different breathing practices and exploring how we can direct energy to where we need it to go.

In-person classes in Castle Bromwich and Shustoke. Our beginners Qigong class in Water Orton starts to move between Winter and Spring in our forms. Lots online if you prefer to practice in your own space. Booking online.
