Let’s have a loved-up week this week. As we pass St Valentines day could we bring in the Yogic principles of ahimsa - non-harming and santosa - contentment. These two inward and outward principles might allow us to feel at ease with ourself, finding the joy in the little things and also guide us to respect the world around us, to love the world around us.
