Easy like Sunday Morning & Magic Monday Bank Holiday - classes with Maureen Howell

Maureen is back throughout May sharing her wonderful “Easy like Sunday Morning” class on 16th, 23rd and 30th May. 10.30am for a beautiful mellow flow. Maureen will also be leading a bank holiday special “Magic Monday” on Monday 31st May at 10.30am. Join her for a Jivamukti yoga-inspired session including the majestic, Magic Ten, movement, meditation, mudras and more. Booking open online

All levels welcome though some previous yoga experience is beneficial. Not suitable for complete beginners. (All students must work to their own comfortable level.)

Please ensure you have all the yoga props that you may need for your practice, e.g. yoga mat, blocks, bricks, straps, belts, bolster, eye cushion, blanket or alternatives e.g. cushions etc.

Please be settled and in the Zoom waiting room 10 minutes before start time.
