New time for Friday Move and Breathe with Ease - online

Our gorgeous Move and Breathe with Ease Friday session has a new time of 12.30 - 1.45pm ONLINE

This is an inclusive and accessible slowed-down session based on Hatha Yoga (and occasionally Tibetan) practices - longer held, gentler movement meditation - lots of breath work, intention, mudra and a wonderful relaxation - still based around our weekly themes. Lots of modifications, plenty of time to get in and out of asanas, time to breathe and laugh! Use of props and chairs welcome. A wonderful way to finish the week.
