We would love to see you online this week for our sessions looking at chapter 2 of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika - Shatkarma & Pranayama. We will be taking an open-minded and light-hearted look at some of the cleansing practices and breath work (to extend the energy) that we see in the HYP. Our breath is a direct way of absorbing energy and then allowing that energy to flow to where it is needed.
