Relax & Restore November Gatherings

Join us throughout November for weekly meditations and relaxations from the comfort of your own home. This is a chance for you to start or re-start a regular meditation practice and also to give yourself the time and space to relax in this hectic world. There is an option of live Zoom sessions or catch-up with the recordings when it’s more suitable for you.

Every Sunday we will have a morning meditation at 9.00am and every Friday will be a gorgeous relaxation at 6.30pm. All sessions are just 30 minutes long so you can fit them into your week easily.

Practices are accessible and inclusive - can be practiced from the floor or a chair - props encouraged - get as comfy and cosy as you can!
