Summer Solstice Special Outdoor Class

We would love to see you in-person on Monday 21st June at St Mary & St Margaret’s church and hall for a special Summer Solstice class to mark this shift in our year and drinking the drops of sunlight on the longest day with Prana flow-inspired movement, breath work, intention, meditation & relaxation.

We will be outdoors in the grounds of the church in a natural space where we can join in a circle to create connection with peace of mind.

Booking is online through our “book your class” page under “Summer Solstice outdoor class”. No drop-in spaces are available.

As this gathering will be weather dependant payment can be made on the evening. £8 please bring correct change with you.
