Our July Super Saturday is here - still online from the comfort of your own home. Find a quiet space where you can practice peacefully. Use cushions, blankets, chairs - anything you have around you that will make your practice more comfortable.

This month we will be honouring the full moon (also a Lunar eclipse) - slowed down flow with breath, awareness, intention, love. Come and join us. 9.00am-10.30am July 4th.
