Soooooo excited for our Super Saturday’s to be back in person through spring/summer (note- except May).

We also have a new venue so do be aware that sessions will now take place at Coleshill Community centre, Coleshill, B461HH.

Come along for dynamic and creative Yoga flow with intention, pranayama and an oh, so important relaxation. Booking online or turn up on the day. This can also be live-streamed and recorded on request.
