1:1 Sessions with Denise


1:1 sessions

1:1 sessions are a great way to give something back to your Self.

These sessions are great if you prefer not to join a group class or would like a practice tailored specifically for you and your needs. Sessions are 60 minutes long and will be individually created for you after we have had an initial chat. Sessions may include movement (can be practiced from a chair), breath work, energy work, meridian and acupressure techniques, relaxation and meditation as well as journalling, discussion and self regulation techniques. When purchasing you will be asked to fill out a health form.

1:1 sessions are held on Wednesdays at High Vibe Yoga cabin in Tamworth between 10am and 3pm. Online sessions can be booked too via zoom.

Please get in touch to find out if my appointment times are suitable for you. Once you have arranged an appointment time I will send you payment options. Payment is to be made within 24 hours of being offered an appointment slot.

Investment £50 for 1 hour.

Before you book…

I am not a doctor or a nurse. I am not a psychotherapist, grief counsellor or physiotherapist. There are many people who are trained professionals in these areas.

I have trained, for many years, in a number of forms of Yoga, meditation, Qigong and energy work (please take a look at our ABOUT page) and have been leading community classes, workshops, training courses and retreats in this field for over 15 years. I am an accredited Trauma informed Yoga teacher and am also trained in a number of massage therapies, reflexology and EFT (emotional freedom techniques).


I have a number of disabilities that are physically restricting & complex. Denise has tailored our sessions to enable me to do Yoga within my physical ability. I am so pleased to have found someone like Denise that has shown me that Yoga can be for everyone regardless of disability.
