Sunday 22 August - Join Maureen to Sway and Swoon with the Full Moon. Harness this full moon Leo energy before the Sun enters Virgo. The Aquarius Moon will be full as it is lit up by the Leo Sun. Live-streamed via Zoom. 10-11.30am

Sunday 29th August - Join Denise in-person at Shustoke village hall for our Summer Gathering. We will be using the Yogic framework of the Kleshas (obstacles) to observe how emotions and thought patterns can become stuck in the body creating tension, tightness and discomfort. We want to free that stuff up! Let's use Yoga movement, energy work, the breath and different forms of meditation to feel some freedom in the body and mind. 10am-12pm.
