Classes & Playlists for week Monday 9th - Friday 13th August

Join us throughout August in-person or via live-stream as we ease through Summer. We will be spending this month exploring practices that keep us relaxed and in that Summer vibe. Some of us might not be able to make it to a beach this year but we can create the calm and relaxed flow within us using movement, breath and intention that balances the natural fire of this season and will leave us feeling replenished and rested. Prana Flow-inspired movement meditation, gentler Hatha-based sessions and of course our weekly live-streamed chair Yoga. Lots in the on-demand library too.
