Classes and playlist for week Tuesday 3rd - Friday 6th MaY

Happy May! We are flowing through this month with “The Art of Namaskar” theme. This week we take a look at a fabulous Prana flow sequence called Bhumi Namaskar - an offering to the earth element through creative and grounding movement, stabilising breath work and steady intention. This Namaskar is a wonderful in-the-moment movement meditation which can really help in times of uncertainty and change. Come along in-person or online.
