Super Saturday is back for Summer in Shustoke

From May to September our monthly Super Saturdays are back in-person at the beautiful Shustoke Village Hall near Coleshill B46 2AX.

Our first gathering is this Saturday 7th May. 9.00am - 10.30am.

Have you missed your monthly dose of Prana Flow-inspired movement? Have you missed the great group vibe? The beautiful relaxations? Well come and join us as we flow together on the first Saturday of each month through Spring/Summer. Plenty of time for the rest of your weekend too.
