New beginners Qigong class starting in January

We are really excited to be able to offer a new beginners Qigong class from January. This session will be in-person every Monday afternoon from January 10th 3pm - 4.15pm.

Qigong (chee gung) is a Chinese system of wellbeing which includes mindful movement (think tai chi), meridian system work (healthy organs and energy flow), meditation, intention & awareness practices (which can support mental health). We will work with a different element each season to tune into the natural world. This class will also include a beautiful relaxation after the practices. Sessions are trauma sensitive, accessible and inclusive and can be worked from a chair as well as standing. Suitable for all.
