JOIN US IN THE MONTH OF MARCH FOR OUR SPRINGTIME SOULFUL WELLNESS GATHERINGS. SPRING IS AN IDEAL TIME FOR US TO TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT OUR LIFESTYLE AND OBSERVE THE EVERYDAY STRESSORS THAT MIGHT BRING US OUT OF BALANCE.
Weekly Zoom sessions - every Friday in March 5.30pm - 6.30pm (or join us via recordings if you can’t make the live sessions), course notes, video content and support through the month.
Soulful wellness brings together practices from Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra and therapy techniques to create personal practices – sadhana - for the individual. Accessible techniques from movement to breath work, meditation to mantra, massage to food, journaling to pure relaxation. Tools that you can use easily in your everyday life.
Created by Shiva Rea, and her global community of Prana flow teachers, a soulful wellness session will be creatively crafted for the individual around your natural essence – dosha – observing that there is never really “one” state, we are always in constant cycles so why shouldn’t that be reflected in our lifestyle. We live in rhythm with nature, the changing seasons, the times of day, our own cycles and we honour what is there now at this moment – not striving to be something “other” than who we are but instead having the tools to create an acceptance of who we are and work towards bringing a balance to that natural Self.
