Words to Inspire

Our Yoga classes for the next few weeks will be weaved together by words to inspire. Inspiring poetry, quotes and proverbs to bring a sense of calm and tenderness to our practices.

Yoga venues are St Mary & St Margarets Hall in Castle Bromwich, Shustoke village hall, Water Orton Primary school and The Link for Monday Qigong. Our monthly Super Saturdays are held at Coleshill community centre and our dedicated Ayurvedic massage and 1:1 venue is in Tamworth at High Vibe Yoga cabin.
