Your favourite class themes now available to keep and practice again and again! This class package contains 5 x 75 minute “live” sessions recorded via Zoom diving in to our theme of Pancha Maya Kosha - the five layers of illusion. Sessions include a brief description of each Kosha, vinyasa-led practices (which can be physically challenging in parts!), breath work, mudra, relaxation, Yoga philosophy weaved throughout. Have your props at the ready, a mat, space to move, turn your phone off and away we go.
